Ceramic Fiber Textiles

Ceramic fiber textiles (MWOOL-TEXTILES) are made from MWOOL. The first step in production is to melt high-purity raw materials. Then use glass fiber or fire-resistant steel wire as reinforcement material. Using different weaving techniques and equipment to weave fibers into textiles, such as cloth, belt, rope etc. We also can provide high-temperature resistant textiles with special specifications and performance based on the user’s temperature requirements and specific usage environment.

Ceramic fiber textiles are resistant to high temperatures, with a temperature range of 650-1000℃. It have room/high temperature tensile strength and excellent flexibility performance. In addition to thermal insulation performance, it also have electrical insulation and sealing properties. At the same time, it have excellent construction performance and can be glued, anchored, jointed, wrapped, etc. Therefore, it is very suitable for industrial applications that require high-strength, flexible, and high-temperature resistant materials.

MWOOL-TEXTILES are non-toxic and harmless, and also have no adverse effects on the environment.

MWOOL-TEXTILES have stable chemical properties and can resist the erosion of most chemical substances.(except phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid and strong bases). Even if the product is soaked by oil, water or steam, its physical properties such as temperature resistance and heat insulation will not change.
