High alumina anchor brick are shaped high alumina refractory bricks made by using natural high-grade bauxite as the main refractory raw material, adding soft or semi soft clay as a binder to the high alumina clinker for batching, mixing, shaping, drying, and firing. Generally, the alumina content of high alumina anchor bricks is above 55%. ANCHOR-HA is installed on the shell steel structure or support lining of general industrial kilns with specific shapes, and embedded in the refractory lining. It plays a role in anchoring and connecting.

4. High resistance to peeling and compressive strength.

Applications of High alumina anchor brick：

High alumina anchor brick are used for heating furnaces. Its load softening temperature reaches 1550℃. This can meet the performance requirements of the heating furnace top lining. It can be used for heating furnace roofs, walls, or other parts.

The size can be customized and processed according to the needs.

Precautions for masonry：

1. The layout of anchor bricks should be determined based on the range and frequency of temperature changes, as well as the size of the straight wall area. Normally, it should not be less than 6 pieces/m².

2. Before masonry, the anchor bricks must be carefully inspected. If there are cracks at the anchoring hole that affect the overall strength of the anchorbrick, it cannot be used.

3. When laying bricks close to the anchoring position, it is important to tirelessly arrange the bricks in advance. This is to determine the accurate position of the anchor bricks. Then use a wire brush to thoroughly clean the welding area of the metal shell. Use welding rods that are suitable for welding components. Firmly weld the anchoring pipe.

4. Insert the anchoring hook after the anchor brick masonry is completed. And fill the gaps with fire-resistant fiber felt and tighten them. This will provide protection for the anchor brick.
