N17 calcium silicate board is a high-density material with a bulk density of 850–950 kg/m³. It features low thermal conductivity, minimal heat loss at high temperatures, excellent thermal shock resistance, and good machinability.
The N17 calcium silicate board is widely used in various fields, such as the nonferrous metal industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry, and power industry, among others.
Metallurgical industry: heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, walking beam furnaces, annealing furnaces, high-temperature flues, and hot air ducts;
Petrochemical industry: heating furnaces, ethylene cracking furnaces, hydrogenation furnaces, and catalytic cracking furnaces;
Cement industry: decomposition furnaces, preheaters, tertiary air ducts, kiln hoods, coolers, and smoke chambers;
Ceramic industry: tunnel kiln walls;
Glass industry: furnace bottoms and walls of melting furnaces;
Power industry: preheating furnace pipelines and boiler linings;
Shipbuilding industry: deck coverings;
Nonferrous metal industry: electrolytic cells, etc.
