N17 Calcium Silicate Board

N17 calcium silicate board is a high-density material with a bulk density of 850–950 kg/m³. It features low thermal conductivity, minimal heat loss at high temperatures, excellent thermal shock resistance, and good machinability.

The N17 calcium silicate board is widely used in various fields, such as the nonferrous metal industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry, and power industry, among others.

Advantages of N17 Calcium Silicate Board:

  1. Higher density: Compared with standard boards, the N17 calcium silicate board has a higher bulk density, providing better thermal insulation performance.
  2. Greater strength: The N17 calcium silicate board offers higher strength, making it less prone to cracking or breaking during installation and reducing material loss costs.
  3. Thermal and acoustic insulation: With its high density, the N17 calcium silicate board provides superior heat and sound insulation.
  4. Longer service life: Due to its higher density and greater heat resistance, the N17 calcium silicate board delivers a longer operational lifespan.

Typical Applications of N17 Calcium Silicate Board:

Metallurgical industry: heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, walking beam furnaces, annealing furnaces, high-temperature flues, and hot air ducts;

Petrochemical industry: heating furnaces, ethylene cracking furnaces, hydrogenation furnaces, and catalytic cracking furnaces;

Cement industry: decomposition furnaces, preheaters, tertiary air ducts, kiln hoods, coolers, and smoke chambers;

Ceramic industry: tunnel kiln walls;

Glass industry: furnace bottoms and walls of melting furnaces;

Power industry: preheating furnace pipelines and boiler linings;

Shipbuilding industry: deck coverings;

Nonferrous metal industry: electrolytic cells, etc.
